hnrtech, a dynamic software development company, is seeking a Product Base to join our team. As a Product Base at hnrtech, you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative software products that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and user-friendly software solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into product design and development plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features
  • Create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate product ideas and concepts
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of product features meets design specifications
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve product usability and functionality
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and market trends to identify areas for improvement or new opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive product innovation
  • Assist in product launch and provide post-launch support and training

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Base or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of product design and development principles
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for user-centered design and delivering exceptional user experiences
