Job Title:Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CharteredAccountant (CA) to join our finance team. The successful candidatewill be responsible for managing financial records preparingfinancial statements ensuring compliance with regulations andproviding strategic financial advice to support businessdecisions.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. FinancialReporting:

    • Prepareand analyze monthly quarterly and annual financialstatements.
    • Ensure timely and accuratefinancial reporting in accordance with accounting standards (e.g.IFRS GAAP).

  2. Budgeting andForecasting:

    • Developand manage budgets and forecasts.
    • Monitor andreport on variances between actuals and budgetedfigures.

  3. Tax Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations andrequirements.
    • Prepare and submit tax returnsand reports.

  4. Auditing:

    • Coordinate and oversee internal and externalaudits.
    • Implement and maintain internalcontrols to safeguard company assets.

  5. FinancialAnalysis:

    • Conductfinancial analysis to support business decisions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on financialperformance.

  6. Cash FlowManagement:

    • Monitorand manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
    • Forecast cash flow requirements and plan for fundingneeds.

  7. RegulatoryCompliance:

    • Stayupdated on changes in financial regulations andstandards.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevantlaws and regulations.

  8. Advisory Services:

    • Provide strategic financial advice to seniormanagement.
    • Support business planning anddecisionmaking processes.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification ismandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree inAccounting Finance or a related field. A master’s degreeis preferred.
  • 25 years of experience inaccounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledgeof accounting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAPOracle).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
