Asan L2 Network Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing themonitoringmaintenance and support of our network infrastructureincluding the call centre.

KeyResponsibilities:

Monitorand maintain network infrastructure including WiFi switchesfirewalls and other networkequipment.

Configureand manage Meraki and Cisco switches. Troubleshoot network issuesin collaboration with Local IT teams to address performancedegradation and ensure serviceuptime.

Implementnetwork upgrades changes andenhancements.

Workclosely with L1 support and other technical teams to resolvecomplex networkissues.

Ensurenetwork security compliance and adherence to industry bestpractices.

Addressand resolve SIP/VOIP relatedissues.

Addressand resolve call centre Network relatedissues.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Provenexperience in network monitoring maintenance andtroubleshooting.

Proficiencyin configuring Meraki and Cisco network equipment andfirewall.

Solidunderstanding of network security principles andcompliance.

Familiaritywith SIP/VOIPtechnologies.

Excellentproblemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively withtechnicalteams.

Strongcommunication skills and a collaborative approach toteamwork.

About the Job: The RelationshipManager-Wealth is the ultimate face of the business as (s) he isgoing to be the first point of contact with the client. (S)he wouldbe responsible for acquiring High Net Worth relationships andmanaging & retaining such relationships by delivering the beststandards of services. Should have a strong understanding of wealthmanagement products, Debentures, AIFs and PMS. Strong communicationsales and a track record of achieving targets and achievingincentives.
