Your Role
● Knowledge of property laws, lease agreements, and compliance requirements
● Knowledge of property registration processes, GST regulations, and financial
transactions.
● Coordinate the collection and submission of necessary property documents
● Maintain a comprehensive repository of property-related documents
● Manage various Trackers to monitor key milestones and deadlines.
● Previous experience in property management, real estate operations, or
related fields
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business administration, or
similar field preferred
● The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with PAN India Real Estate Directors,
Brokers, Landlords (LL), and internal teams to ensure seamless property
operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
● We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Property Operations Coordinator to
oversee the documentation processes, Property registration, Financial
transactions, across our property portfolio.
