Primary Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data scientists, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertiseInteract with business stakeholders to understand their AI/ML requirements and translate them into actionable projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverablesUtilize your expertise in Python, pandas, numpy, and SQL to develop AI/ML solutionsIn-depth understanding & extensive experiencing with Transformers, RAG, Vector DB and Large Language ModelsApply frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to build and deploy modelsConduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and feature engineering to derive insightsBuild, tune, and evaluate machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analyticsPerform drift analysis and ensure the responsible use of AI/ML by considering bias and fairness testingOversee the full life cycle of AI/ML projects, including data preparation, model development, tuning, and deploymentEnsure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI/ML solutions in production environmentsStay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML techniques and tools, and identify opportunities to apply them to enhance existing solutionsDocument and communicate findings, methodologies, and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholdersComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field4+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or a similar roleExperience in leading a team of data scientistsSolid programming skills in Python, with experience in pandas, numpy, and SQLProficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorchSolid understanding of mathematical and statistical conceptsHands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI/ML projectsKnowledge of the full life cycle of AI/ML projects, including EDA, model development, tuning, and drift analysisUnderstanding of bias/fairness testing and responsible use of AI/MLProven excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skillsSolid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Big Data technologies (PySpark, Hadoop) and data streaming tools (Kafka, etc.)Familiarity with the US Healthcare domain
