Job mission

We are seeking a Senior Associate with 1 – 3 years of experience in credit appraisal domain to join our Business Finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Credit Appraisal Manager to evaluate and improve our credit processes. This role is ideal for someone who is adept at financial analysis and is looking for an opportunity to apply their expertise in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Credit Appraisal and Risk Assessment:

    • Conduct detailed credit analyses and risk assessments for new and existing clients.
    • Prepare credit reports and present findings to senior management.
    • Monitor and update credit and loan files to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of credit appraisal models and methodologies.

2.Team Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Collaborate with other departments to integrate credit appraisal insights with broader business strategies.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the financial acumen of the team.

3.Reporting and Compliance:

    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of credit and financial data.
    • Stay updated with relevant financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / MBA in finance, Accounting, or a related field,
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in credit appraisal or a similar financial analysis role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, credit risk metrics, financial ratios
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
