Role Specifics - 
The role will be designated as Senior Associate – Video Editing for CashKaro.com, inclusive of responsibilities as below-
Core Motion graphics and visual effects: A strong understanding of motion graphics principles and the ability to incorporate basic visual effects into your edits.Masterful editing skills: Proficient in industry-standard editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop is a must. Davinci Resolve (would be a plus).Color grading and audio mixing: Possess advanced skills in color correction and audio editing to create polished and professional final products.Technical troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to editing software, codecs, and file formats.Storytelling mastery: Translate scripts and concepts into visually engaging and impactful stories.Pacing and rhythm: Craft videos with a strong sense of pacing and rhythm to keep viewers engaged.Visual composition and color theory: Apply strong visual composition principles and a keen understanding of color theory to create aesthetically pleasing videos.Trend awareness: Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and techniques to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative. Communication Charmer: Articulate your vision with clarity and charisma, captivating both technical and non-technical audiences.Organizational Virtuoso: Juggle multiple projects with grace, adhering to strict deadlines and exceeding expectations.Problem-Solving Alchemist: Transform challenges into opportunities, finding creative solutions to any editing roadblock.Lifelong Learner: Embrace new technologies and adapt to evolving landscapes, keeping your editing skills razor-sharp.Its an added bonus if you have worked on videos in the Ecommerce/D2C industry.
Must have skills: 
  • Motion graphics is must. Proficient in industry-standard editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop is a must. Davinci Resolve (would be a plus) & Possess advanced skills in color correction and audio editing to create polished and professional final products.
