Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and selection processes includingsourcing interviewing and hiring new employees of differentlevels
Posting job descriptions on various job boardssocial media platforms and other relevant sources tocandidates
Searching and sourcing candidates throughvarious job boards social media employee referrals and othersources
Reviewing resumes and applications andconducting prescreening interviews to assess the candidatessuitability for the job
Negotiating salary and othercompensation terms and extending an offer of employment
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidates includingtracking their progress throughout the hiring process
Preparing reports on recruitment activities
Facilitatingonboarding process for new hires
Design implement andrun effective employee training and development programs
Prepare and maintain uptodate employees skill matrix data andtraining evaluation records
Facilitate the internal andoutside trainings programs and manage it accurately andentirely
Handle the performance appraisal and PMSprocesses to ensure the performance of each individualperiodically
Employees succession planning activities
Handle organizational development activities andprograms
Handle employees engagement and team buildingprograms
