JOBDESCRIPTION

Min 5 yrs workexp

Hands onexperience with Veeva configurations with a focus onQMS

Strongfunctional knowledge and understanding of Veeva vault(Process workflowsetc.)

Strongtechnical understanding of the VeevaVault

Expectedto independently lead & manage business stakeholders& work on design/configurations POCs testing &dataloads

Leadimpact assessment of Veeva product release with business &Testingteam

Own themonthly BAUreleases

Independentlyextend support & fix critical end user issues

Support theexisting L2 team to address priority userissues

  • Works independently on complex processes andmodules that may be used by one or more programs orsystems.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills including theability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
  • Excellentcommunication skills with a capacity to present discuss and explainissues coherently and logically both in writing andverbally.
  • Good influencing and persuasion skills with the abilityto enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successfulrelationships at all levels.
  • Good team player selfmotivated and able towork on own initiative.
Cleardecisionmaking ability with the facility to judge complexsituations and assess when to escalate issues
