Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Web Analytics Specialist with 5-8 years of experience, including expertise in Adobe Target and Audience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing website data, implementing A/B tests, and optimizing digital experiences using Adobe Target. Additionally, you will leverage Adobe Audience Manager to create and manage audience segments for targeted marketing campaigns. If you have a strong background in web analytics and experience with Adobe products, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Adobe Analytics to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels.Implement and manage A/B tests and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to optimize website performance and user experience.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of optimization efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and UX/UI to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.Leverage Adobe Audience Manager to create and manage audience segments for targeted marketing campaigns.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and Adobe products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.3-8 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing analytics, and Adobe Target.Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Audience Manager.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experiment design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is desirable.
