Manager / Senior Manager - School Transformation Program

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities of Manager:

The Manager willbe handling 1-2 districts in implementing the various school relatedprojects of Bhumi including conduct feasibility studies, Baseline and Endlineassessment. Manage Government/Corporationofficials, Schools, stakeholders and vendor relationships for the success ofthe program. Supervises the District leveloperations,Monthlyand Quarterly review of the projects,Maintain and submit Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports. Showcase thought Leadership,planning and effective implementation for the long-term success of theprogram’s growth, scalability, and Sustainability and Visit the districts tomonitor the program at regular intervals. Ensure effective communication andreporting upward and down the line of all matters related to the efficiency andeffectiveness of the program.

Preferred Education Qualification /Experience:

Post-Graduation with a minimumof3-5 years’ experience in a relevantfield Should be a quick learner tounderstand and execute the structured program Program Management experience foreffective delivery of the program Experience in reporting, training,monitoring, and evaluating the projects Mentor the teamto achieve Programmatic goals towardsachieving Org goals Good English speaking & writingskills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong interpersonal, communication andsupervision Skills Good understanding of thepedagogical aspects involved in teaching children. Good people engagement, networking,and listening skills Ability to drive outcome-orientedplans through the team’s collective effort Emotional maturity to buildrelationships, empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members anddevelop others Highly resourceful and alsoself-driven Forward-looking thinker who activelyseeks opportunities and proposes solutions
