- Handle the complete documentation process at the pre-disbursement stage, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist customers with documentation and provide support throughout the process.
- Customer Assistance:
- Engage with customers to assist them with loan documentation and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
- Collaboration with Finance:
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure that bank accounts are reconciled in line with standard practices.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure operational activities are aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze KPIs and operational metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Vendor and Service Provider Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Strong understanding of documentation processes related to lending.
- Experience in the lending business with a Bank, NBFC, or lending platform.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to prepare and manage MIS reports.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in business loans or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
