JobDescription:

  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manageand monitor Office 365 services
  • Mail flowEmail service Monitoring Email Security Operations
  • Continuous improvement of Email system andevolutions
  • Take part in the continuous emailsecurity enhancement actions SPF advanced filtering AdvancedMalware protection Anti spam Archiving Remote wiping Federationservices Single sign on
  • Maintain a highlysecure system through proper configuration and system accessmonitoring
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issueswith user access to cloud services
  • Assist withthe creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365services and support
  • Administer and supportOffice 365
  • Provide AV Teleconferencing VideoConferencing etc technical assistance
  • Administer and support email backup and disaster recoveryprocesses
  • Exchange OnlinePowerShell
  • Responsible for upgrading thewindows servers with latest Cumulative updates monitor email queuesand email communication for the firm is functioningproperly
  • Administer and manage email gatewayfor all email security and compliance
  • Delivera consistent process for incident and problem escalation along withresolution
  • Monitor and communicate tostakeholders the performance of the services
  • Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelinesin all cases

  • 5 years relevant experience in Office365 FortiMail FortiEMS Mandatory
  • Office 365administration experience Exchange Online OneDrive Teams SharePoint
  • Patch Management Patch Automationexperience
  • Excellent ability to troubleshootand debug errors logs installation failures
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows operatingsystems
  • Basic knowledge of OS security andvulnerability components and Networking
  • Broadknowledge of security updates Microsoft products technologies andits integration with AD azure and Exchange online
  • Knowledge in PowerShell and scripting skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalentwork experience
  • Office 365 certifications orany Fortinet certification a plus
  • Exceptionalinterpersonal oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and verbal Skills Should be ableto communicate well with the International customers
