  • Provide excellent customer serviceand build longterm relationships withclients.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis toestimate properties value.
  • Prepare and completenecessary real estate documents andcontracts.
  • Participate in property auctions andexchange activities.
  • Stay informed aboutcompetitive landscape and markettrends.
  • Coordinate property closings overseeingsigning of documents and disbursement offunds.
  • Manage and update listings andadvertisements on variousplatforms.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inreal estate business or related field.
  • Validreal estate agent/broker license.
  • Provenexperience as a real estate agent or similarrole.
  • Strong understanding of propertymarketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Soundknowledge of local real estate markettrends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MSOffice.
  • Ability to work independently andmanage a sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated trackrecord of successful sales and propertytransactions.
  • Thorough understanding of realestate laws and regulations.
  • Attention todetail and strong organizationalskills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure andmeet sales targets.
  • Customerfocused with aproblemsolving attitude.
  • Availability to workflexible hours including evenings andweekends.
  • Valid drivers license and owntransportation.
