As a Customer RelationshipManager you will play a pivotal role in fostering positiverelationships with our customers ensuring their satisfaction anddriving customer loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a proventrack record in customer relationship management excellentcommunication skills and a passion for delivering exceptionalcustomerexperiences.
RolesandResponsibilities:
1.Customer Engagement:* Build and maintainstrong positive relationships with customers through regularcommunication and engagement.* Proactivelyreach out to customers to gather feedback and addressconcerns.
2.Customer Satisfaction:* Monitor and assesscustomer satisfaction levels through surveys reviews and directinteractions.* Implement strategies toenhance overall customer satisfaction andloyalty.
3.Issue Resolution:* Act as a point of contactfor customer inquiries concerns andescalations.* Work closely with internalteams to address and resolve customer issuespromptly.
4.Upselling and Crossselling:* Identifyopportunities for up selling and crossselling of products orservices to existing customers.* Collaboratewith sales and marketing teams to implement targetedcampaigns.
5.Customer Retention:* Develop and executecustomer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customerlifetime value.* Implement loyalty programsandincentives.
6.Communication:* Communicate product updatespromotions and relevant information tocustomers.* Provide clear and timelyinformation to customers regarding theirinquiries.
7.Documentation and Reporting:* Maintainaccurate and detailed records of customer interactions andtransactions.* Generate regular reports oncustomer satisfaction and engagementmetrics.
8to 15 years of experience in customer relationship managementroles.
