The Lead Analyst partners with the TAP team to provide analytical support to help drive business performance. This role is part of the DSIG TAP GTM team and is designed as a business partnering and collaborating role and also participating in various project initiatives, driving consistent use of tools and simplifying processes, while at the same time identifying and communicating best practices.

Provide financial / management reporting and analysis to internal teams and high-level management teams - representing actual and variance analysis of outlook and actual. Understand business requirements quickly and turn them around with accuracy and timeliness. Enhancing reporting models to include information that is relevant for building analytical systems. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.

About the Role:

In this role as a Lead Analyst, you will:

Support month close and Forecast / Plan activities – maintain templates, consolidation of numbers, submission into Onestream, reports & dashboards, any information / analysis required.

Establish business & economic assumptions in developing and monitoring forecasts / plans.

Ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Build functional and technical skills foundation.

Participate and contribute to regular team discussions and process improvement initiative.

Deliver additional value to the business through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement (in form of simplification / automation of processes)

Use analytical & Visualization tools such as AI, Power BI, Tableau, Access Database, Sales Force to provide insights to business.

Use of simplification tools like high-end MS Excel formulae, Macros, etc.

Experience on new age reporting / simplification / dashboarding tools would be preferred.

Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management.

Prepare management reporting of actual monthly results and variances for sales, revenue, costs, headcount, Capex and other KPIs.

Provide support to Forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, Strategic Business Planning processes.

Responsible for journal entries, data collation, data mining and extend support to team.

Respond to queries and requests from Team for reporting and analysis. Support ad hoc financial analysis for business decisions.

Contribute to preparation of business presentations/briefing notes 

About You:

You are a fit for the role of Lead Analyst, if your background includes:

Eligibility : 4-6 years of relevant experience

Qualification: CA/CMA/ACCA/MBA/PGDM (Mandatory)

MS Excel expertise, Excellent understanding reporting tools like SFDC, BO, Oracle

Enthusiastic- open for learning and can-do mentality.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.

Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner

Exposure to Automation and Data Visualization tools – Alteryx, Tableau & Power BI

Mode of Working: Hybrid (2-3 days mandatory WFO every week)

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM IST
