We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Manager - Finance System Operations.

Principal Responsibility:

Understand and interpret the data calculations and validation within the systems, troubleshooting user’s issues related to system usage and data quality Understands LIQ and RWA framework Process (Technical solution), Regulatory requirements for data purposes & Systems Ensure ongoing data analysis support for seamless service delivery of LIQ and RWA reporting to various onshore partners as per agreed service levels Manage and run the automation initiatives of the team to enhance efficiency. Provide technical inputs while on boarding of the new applications, technology, and support thereof. Support offshore and onshore teams when & where required. High customer relationship feedback metrics Consistent delivery of processes to agreed SLA’s Automation ideas and their successful implementation Successful on boarding of new applications Understand stakeholders’ ( Country data analysis’s, onshore teams) needs, identifying and implementing improvements in a continuous manner from a system & data standpoint High customer relationship feedback metrics on all aspects of stakeholder management Effective communication within the team and with business partners Take accountability and ownership of the tasks and responsibility assigned Requirements BE / B Com / M Com / BCA / MSc / MBA 2 years and above overall experience in Finance / Finance Systems. Proven expertise in identifying and handling automation initiatives. Technical expertise of SQL. Should have hands on knowledge of SQL. Exposure to Financial Systems Support, Systems Development and Project Management Deep and extensive level of analytical skills and ability to grasp complicated functions in short period of time and transfer knowledge appropriately and document / test as necessary to meet SOX standards. Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills. Excellent MS Excel skills Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines Sound problem solving, planning & organizing skills Self-motivated and good team player Robust experience in planning and organizing work in a global environment. Should be flexible to stretch and work across shifts and on weekends. Working knowledge of Reference (static) data. Knowledge of Python ,Tableau and QlikSense will be an added advantage.
