ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The position would be responsible for activity universe of Airtel Money Assurance Controls, Analytics in AM for operations Africa. The position would also be responsible to establishing process for the vertical for all Africa Operating countries.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
Understanding of Airtel Money Products
Build understanding on IT and revenue flow path for all Airtel Money products
Identify areas and opportunities of plugging system gaps or revenue leakage through configuration
Understand & validate the Airtel Money IT/technical upgrades for Core Banking System
Undertake projects in functional area to enhance process the process efficiency
Regular Engagement with OPCO for better product Go to Market delivery
Handling RA audits conducted by different Auditors for Airtel Money
Decision level
Prime: Final DecisionMaking authority, accountable to the Management
Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis
Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others
Fair level of authority will be there for customer-facing communications
Working closely with multiple teams of airtel to deploy new design/ programs.
Facilitate planning for behavior modification of recruitment process
- Demonstrate (Key competencies)
- Knowledge of Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management , Mobile Money Systems, Mobile Financial Service
- Excellent data analytics and data manipulation/visualization skills. Experience of using MS SQL, Hive.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, understand system designs and telecom ecosystem.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office application, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytical tools (Microsoft SQL)
- Good to have experience on any FMS tool.
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Educational Level
Must have: Preferably MBA or Postgraduate (Relevant experience is must)
Working Experience: 1 or more years of experience in Revenue Assurance, New Product Implementation or any related profile
