We are seeking a Human Resources Assistantwith at least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) andHR generalist functions. The ideal candidate will assist in variousHR activities including recruitment onboarding employee relationsand HR administration. This role requires strong organizationalskills attention to detail and the ability to handle confidentialinformation withdiscretion.Responsibilities:TalentAcquisition
  • Coordinateinterview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout thehiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillmentof open positions.
  • Maintain accurate records inthe applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generatingrecruitmentreports.
Onboarding andOffboarding:
  • Facilitatethe onboarding process for new hires including paperwork completionorientation sessions and coordinating with relevantdepartments.
  • Conduct exit interviews gatherfeedback and process necessary documentation for departingemployees.
HRAdministration:
  • Assistin maintaining employee records ensuring accuracy confidentialityand compliance with applicableregulations.
  • Prepare employment contracts offerletters and other HRrelatedcorrespondence.
  • Support HR initiatives such asemployee engagement programs performance evaluations and policyimplementation.
  • Help with benefitsadministration including enrollment changes andinquiries.
EmployeeRelations:
  • Serve as apoint of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providingtimely and appropriate resolutions or escalating issues asneeded.
  • Assist in the implementation of HRpolicies and procedures promoting a positive work culture andadherence to company values.
  • Contribute tofostering a supportive and inclusive workplaceenvironment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield preferred.
  • Minimum of one year ofexperience in Talent Acquisition and HR generalistroles.
  • Knowledge of HR principles practices andemployment laws.
  • Experience with applicanttracking systems (ATS) and HRISplatforms.
  • Strong communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonalskills with the ability to maintainconfidentiality.
  • Detailoriented withexceptional organizational and multitaskingabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Abilityto work effectively in a team environment and collaborate acrossdepartments.
PreferredSkills:
  • Familiaritywith recruitment tools and techniques such as sourcing throughsocial media and networkingplatforms.
  • Experience in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment with the ability to adapt to changingpriorities.
