JobDescription:
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNowmodules applications and workflows to meet businessrequirements.
  • Manage users groups and rolesensuring appropriate access controls andpermissions.
  • Perform regular platform updatespatching and system maintenance.
  • Collaboratewith various teams and stakeholders to understand theirrequirements and provide effectivesolutions.
  • Offer prompt and efficient technicalsupport to resolve issues and answer inquiries related to theServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure a high level ofcustomer satisfaction through clear communication and problemresolution.
  • Design and develop ServiceNowsolutions custom applications and scripts to enhance platformfunctionality.
  • Identify bottlenecks and developoptimizations & customizations based onneeds.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow reportsdashboards and performance analytics to monitor system performanceand key performance indicators.
  • Innovate anddevelop new solutions to meet evolving businessneeds
  • Document ServiceNow configurationsprocesses and procedures for knowledge sharing and futurereference.
  • Provide training and guidance toendusers and colleagues on how to effectively use the ServiceNowplatform.
  • Work with other IT teammembers to drive the best adoptions and use of the ServiceNowplatform
  • Stay uptodate withindustry best practices emerging technologies and ServiceNowupdates.
  • Identify opportunities for platformenhancement and efficiencyimprovements.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a related field(preferred).
  • ServiceNow Certified SystemAdministrator (CSA) certification is highlydesirable.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNowAdministrator or in a similar role.
  • Strongtechnical knowledge of ServiceNow modules applications andscripting languages (JavaScript AngularJSetc.).
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and acustomerfocused approach.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills to effectively interact with bothtechnical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaborativelyin a team and independently whennecessary.
  • Experience with ITIL processes andmethodologies is aplus.
