Position: FieldBusiness Manager Location: Mumbai Duration: Full Time Work Type: Onsite Job Description:
- Territory Management (BusinessResults & Distribution Structure)
- RDS Management (return on investment JBP anddeveloping Infrastructural capability)
- RDSSM Management (Objective Setting &Performance Management Training & Development and RSR/CATmanagement)
- Responsibly lead administrative tasks; reporting ofsales/engagement outcomes of sales activities submission of expensereports etc.
- Accountable for achieving sales goalsthrough theacquisition and growth of new customers and expansion of theproduct line within the existing customer base.
- Negotiating closing orders andpreparing quotes.
- Scheduling appointments for a medium territory/clientbase and meets with new and existing customers seeking to expandthe business market share.
- Providing information and support as required to securesales.
- Utilizingsupport from other departments as needed to support in achievingobjectives.
- Developing sales of new products and searches for newareas in which to sell existing products.
- Preparing reports detailing sales activitiesand identifying issues that need to be addressed.
- Informing company aboutactivities or forwardthinking intelligence in the field to assistin business and product planning.
- Reviewing own sales performance againstobjectives and adjust focus as indicated to achieve sales goalsStudies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the typeof support and frequency of customer contact required to meetterritory goals. Recommends plan adjustments as needed.
