Your role andgoals

Were looking for a Marketing Programsmanager (m/f/d) to organize and oversee marketing programs andinitiatives.

You will have a direct impact on ourevents and webinars thus contributing to our MQLs and growth goals.You will also collaborate with many stakeholders so communicationskills and willingness to collaborate are the key to success inthis role

In your first 3 months youwill:
  • Get to know the organisationteam and your main stakeholders
  • Understand theProductsup platform our use cases personas and competitor landscapeas well as the structure and workflows of the Marketingorganisation
  • Start planning your first ownprogram: develop campaign ideas messaging and themes for specifictarget audience segments based on your knowledge of the market ouruse cases personas and theirchallenges
In your first 6 monthsand beyond you will:
  • Take fullownership of your programs from strategy toexecution
  • Leverage and contribute to our SALand marketing pipeline goals
  • Work together withour Content and Performance teams to get their support to deliverexcellent programs
  • Liaise with our Operationsteam as well as PreSales and Sales to ensure a proper lead flow atimely and individualized followup and also reporting for yourmarketing campaigns
  • Leverage other channelslike events and webinars owned by your colleagues in the Programsteam
What you bring to theteam
  • Extensive experience in planningand executing marketing campaigns
  • 5 yearsexperience in marketing for a B2B tech company (preferablySaaS)
  • Strong project managementskills
  • Degree in marketing corporatecommunications or equivalent workexperience
  • Fluency in English (and German as abig plus) with excellent verbal and written communicationskills
  • Experience with marketing automation andCRM Systems (familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce is aplus)
  • Techsavvy with a solid understanding ofthe online marketing and/or ecommerceindustries
  • Emailmarketing (and nurturing)experience
  • Ability to turn complex ideas intoclear creative messages
  • You are creative loveto take initiative and cooperate withothers
