Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior CRM Real Estate Post Sales professional for a full-time position based in Chennai. Ideal candidates will have up to 3 years of experience within the real estate industry, especially in post-sales support and customer relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship management to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry practices and post-sales processes.
- Must be proficient in handling real estate post-sales tasks including documentation and follow-up (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey clear and concise messages.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address client queries and challenges efficiently.
- Experience in post-sales real estate activities and interacting with various stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the post-sale relationship between the customer and the company, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns swiftly and professionally to maintain client trust.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations in the post-sales process.
- Maintain and update customer records and project status to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Prepare post-sale documentation for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance post-sale services and procedures.
- Support the sales team by providing valuable insights and client feedback for continuous service improvement.
