Aboutthe role

The CSR Servicesteam is the primary owner of all client relationships (companies /corporate foundations / philanthropic foundations) and isresponsible for overall client delight. Our service offeringsinclude strategy and program design partner identification KPImapping onground monitoring and evaluation and overall impactportfolio management. We also support clients in effectively usingour CSR management tech platform.

Asan Associate in this team you will be working with the clients andwill be required to understand the daytoday operational taskspertaining to the overall deliverables for the variousstakeholders. This role will also require a good understanding andappreciation of the CSR/ impact ecosystem and applicable standards/laws. At Give Grants we believe in deriving client value throughdata driven insights and the CSR Services team members also requiredeveloping a fair understanding of our techproducts.

Responsibilities

1)Program identification anddelivery

  • Understand clientsCSR vision and codevelop action roadmap aligned to their CSRgoals
  • Maintain close coordinationwith the clients for timely delivery of services as per the agreedscope of work
  • Deliver high qualityreports / updates / insights to clients by regularly engaging withNGO partners and internal teams at GiveGrants
  • Keep up with the updates inthe CSR ecosystem and social development space to ably guide theclients

2) StrategicConsulting

  • Help clients todesign/restructure programs in line with their intent and thatdelivers real measurable sustainableimpact
  • Undertake secondary researchof the CSR/ impact landscape / peer research to provide insightsand trends to the clients
  • Analysedata from multiple sources and derive actionable insights for allstakeholders of the CSR programs. Share databacked insights withthe clients regarding theirprograms.
  • Over time develop depth ofknowledge and expertise within specific subverticals of thedevelopment landscape

3)Internal StakeholderManagement

  • Timely raisingof internal requests to ensure that the overall project plan andobjectives are met.
  • Developunderstanding of our tech products to provide appropriate guidanceto client teams
  • Actively contributeto presales efforts by supporting the development of high qualitycollateral and proposals.
  • Contributeto ongoing development of thought leadership content throughcreation of reports articles podcastsetc.

RequiredSkills and Expertise

We atGive believe in learning through doing. We are looking forselfstarters who are willing to learn fast and work towardsbuilding an excellent customer centric experience while providingthem with quality support andguidance.

  • Graduate / postgraduate from top tier institutes with strong academic background.An academic background in sociology / social work / economics /development studies / other allied streams will be a positive butis not essential.
  • 2 4 years ofexperience preferably with exposure to CSR / development space orequivalent consultingexperience.
  • Domain knowledge of CSRrules and understanding of CSR ecosystem in India along with areasof national priority such as skilling women empowerment MCH climatechange
  • Strong analytical skillsexcellent communication storytelling and presentation skills backedby strong verbal and written communication along with keenattention to detail
  • TechnicalSkills: Strong Microsoft PowerPoint Excel Word. Strong dataanalysis capabilities including high proficiency in excel googlesheets and powerpoint googleslides
  • Soft Skills: Clientcommunication project management relationship building stakeholdermanagement and clientinfluencing
  • Proven ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with astrong commitment to ethical practices social justice and advancingpositive social outcomes.
