Job Title: Japanese Translator.

Location: Bangaluru

Required Experience: 2 to 6 years.

Work Type: Work from Office

We are seeking a skilled Japanese Translator to join our team, primarily responsible for facilitating seamless communication between Japanese and English-speaking parties. The role involves translating technical documents, providing interpretation support, and ensuring accurate conveyance of information across languages. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of both Japanese and English languages, along with cultural understanding, to effectively bridge the linguistic gap.

Responsibilities:

Perform interpretation from Japanese to English and vice versa, including tasks such as Bug Report interpretation. Translate technical documents, proposals, emails, and various other materials from Japanese to English and vice versa. Maintain the original meaning, style, and terminology of documents while translating from Japanese to English, catering to domain-specific requirements. Provide administrative support to Japanese officials as needed. Effectively communicate with native Japanese clients to facilitate understanding and collaboration.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in translation and interpretation. Proficiency in Japanese and English languages, with a focus on JLPT N1/N2/N3/Level 3 or equivalent certification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translations. Familiarity with technical terminology and the ability to convey complex concepts accurately. Excellent communication skills and cultural understanding for effective interaction with native Japanese clients. Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and work efficiently in both individual and team settings.
