RoleandResponsibilities:
Work on a wide range of projects and media using various softwareprograms to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs thatmeet business goals Obtain input frommanagers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards andbrand expectations express ideas accurately and represent thecompany or client appropriately Workindependently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team tomeet deadlines stay within budget and schedule projectimplementation based on workload which may include five or moresimultaneous projects Examine existingprocesses identify flaws and create solutions that improve designcapabilities Update and maintain internaldatabases for designs photography and videoCollaborate brainstorm and strategize with multiple teams orclients on a wide range of materials that may include web pagespresentations programming collateral signage internalcommunications newsletters and marketingmaterials Translate strategic direction intohighquality design within an established brandidentity Develop concepts by hand or withsoftware and execute original content by determining the idealusage of color text font style imagery andlayout Manage the design and uploadingprocess for all project materials based on best practices for usinga content management system Use trendintelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets whendesigning and executing specificclassifications
CandidateQualifications:
Bachelors degree in graphic design or a relatedfield Proven experience as a graphicdesigner or in a similar role Proficient inusing graphic design software and toolsStrong creative and artistic abilitiesExcellent communication and collaborationskills
