Position Overview:

As the Sales Team Lead at 2Factor.in, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales department. You will lead a team of sales representatives, set ambitious goals, and implement strategies to achieve targets, all while maintaining a deep understanding of our two-factor authentication (2FA) solutions and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Team Leadership: Provide clear direction, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team at 2Factor.in. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving excellence in sales performance.
  2. Goal Setting: Collaborate with senior management to establish ambitious sales targets aligned with 2Factor.in's business objectives. Break down annual goals into actionable plans and regularly monitor progress towards targets.
  3. Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement. Implement strategies to motivate team members and recognize outstanding performance.
  4. Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine our approach.
  5. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline workflows and enhance sales productivity.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and partners. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making. Present findings to senior management and recommend adjustments as needed.
  8. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Keep team members informed about updates to our 2FA solutions, market trends, and sales techniques.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SaaS or Telecom sector.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for developing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Hubspot, Zoho, Freshworks, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
