This position is responsible for providing operational support for Employee Center (US, APAC & EMEA) including global analytics and trending for continuous improvement, and synergistic opportunities that will drive process efficiencies, enhance quality and provide higher levels of analysis in Employee Center.


The Global People Analyst (Offshore-IND) will often interface with employees and specific members of the People Team organization across all the Centers of Excellence (COE).


Primary Responsibilities:

Support Employee Center team by identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvementLead and contribute to special projects, ensuring alignment with business objectivesResearch, analyze and resolve root causes of business problemsGather and analyze data to identify business needs, trends and potential root causesDevelop monthly and quarterly dashboards and presentationsAnalyze key metrics to inform decision making and uncover opportunities for improvementManage end to end surveys and reportingEstablish processes to assess and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and integrityDevelop and document business requirements and processes, ensuring alignment between business units and technology teamsCollaborate with business partners to capture and prioritize needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goalsProvide thorough documentation of business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteriaAssist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing, including the creation of test cases and defect documentationEnsure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics to leaders and stakeholdersComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

BA or BS, Graduate or Postgraduate3+ years of professional work experienceExperience in ServiceNow toolKnowledge of Power point: Ability to create decks for leadership, Status update on projects or given tasks and teams performanceBasic Excel (knowledge of formulas, Pivot tables, Charts, Power Query)Intermediate level of proficiency in SharePoint and Reporting toolsGood in understanding business requirements and convert them into test scriptsProven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex business data and scenariosProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
