Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measuresDevelop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budgetDevelop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecastingWork closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficienciesComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of financial and operational management experienceProven experience driving business performance in a high growth environmentExperience anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and operational issues, assessing their implications and developing and implementing an appropriate action planExperience working collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to drive revenue enhancement and expense management initiativesSolid background in finance, with extensive experience in SQL and building reports in Power BI. This role involves analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining financial models, and creating insightful reports to support decision-making processesProficient in data manipulation, visualization, and have a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in accounting
