Responsibilities
  • Hostinhouse career days for students and recent graduates by departmentor field of expertise
  • Interact withthe Training & Placement of the college and tell them aboutthe Current opening
  • Attend collegecareer fairs interact with students and promote our employerbrand
  • Screen resumes conductinterviews and perform skills assessment tests for junior positionsand internships
  • Report on recruitingmetrics after every careers event including number of candidatesinterviewed and hired
  • Advertisecurrent open roles to online and offline alumnicommunities
  • Contact universitycareer counselors and provide informative materials about ourinternship programs
  • Design and placeprint ads on college campuses
  • Postjob ads and source potential candidates on social mediagroups
  • Liaise with team leaders todefine hiring needs and design internshipprograms
  • Build and maintain goodrelationships with universities and other educationalinstitutions

BBA/ MBA with specilization of HR preferable looking for this Type ofcandiadte
  • Workexperience as aRecruiter or similarHR role
  • Experience in advertisingand hiring for entrylevel roles is aplus

  • Handson experience withresume databases and Applicant TrackingSystems
  • Familiarity with socialmedia sourcing
  • Understanding oflabor legislation particularly regardinginternships
