TROVOCO HOLIDAYS is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help clients plan their perfect getaways by offering tailored travel solutions, booking accommodations, and providing essential travel advice. You should be an enthusiastic travel expert with a keen understanding of customer preferences and global destinations. Your goal will be to make travel planning easy and exciting for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and the best attractions
  • Research and recommend travel packages that meet individual customer needs
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, tariffs, and regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery
  • Promote special deals and exclusive packages
  • Handle administrative tasks related to travel bookings and inquiries

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Passion for travel and customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A diploma in travel and tourism or relevant field is preferred
