Product Owners to turnrequirements into a solution. Provide support and implementsolutions in Workday for all modules including HCM CompensationOnboarding Performance and Talent Security Time and Absence.
Configures tests and deploys Workday solutions tooptimize business processes in assigned functional area(s). Servesas a technical resource for future Workday implementations orenhancement.
Develops and maintains processes to ensureintegrity of data throughout the organization by running reportsauditing analyzing information and troubleshootingerrors.
Works closely with the HR team to understandbusiness processes goals and gaps to implement solutions thataddress the business needs; troubleshoot complex system/user issuesto drive resolution and determine root cause conduct workflowanalysis and streamline processes. Configure Workday providedreports and build custom reports as directed by HR ManagementServes as a Subject Matter Expert in Workday technology.
Handle complex issues and work to provide solutionsperforming work with a high level of latitude. Participate andassist with ongoing Workday function configuration and integration.Ensure succes
Professional & TechnicalSkills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNowdevelopment. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processesand ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNowplatform architecture and development best practices. - Experiencewith ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, ChangeManagement, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving andanalytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate shouldhave a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational backgroundin computer science or a related field, along with a proven trackrecord of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
