Key Responsibilities:


- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, and Document Transformation.

- Create and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support business requirements.

- Manage Workday security models, including role-based security, user-based security, and business process security.

- Analyze, design, and implement business processes within Workday to optimize operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure Workday configurations align with business needs.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Workday functionality.

- Lead and participate in Workday projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.

- Train and assist users on new processes and functionalities.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

- 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including integrations, reports, and security configurations.

- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in configuring and managing Workday business processes.

- Proven expertise in Workday modules such as HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruitment, Benefits, and Global Mobility.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

- Workday certifications are highly desirable.

- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
