Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom
  • Understand customer needs and guide them to appropriate products
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
  • Ensure showroom is clean and well-maintained
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and discounts
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with team members to reach showroom sales goals
