Job Overview


We are looking for a Head Cashier to join Fashion Factory, at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.. As the Head Cashier, you will be responsible for overseeing all cash transactions, supervising the cashier team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the cash desk. This is a full-time position with a salary range based on qualifications and experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum 12th pass/ Diploma/ Undergrads/ Graduates/ Post Graduates
  • Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of fashion and lifestyle products is a plus
  • Fresher: More than 3years of experience


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee all cash transactions and ensure accurate handling of cash
  • Supervise the cashier team and provide guidance as needed
  • Ensure that the cash desk is always manned and operational
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash desk area
  • Prepare daily cash and sales reports
  • Monitor and maintain cash registers and perform regular cash counts
  • Assist in training new cashiers and provide ongoing support and coaching
  • Implement and enforce cash handling procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
