Ensure Recruitment/Deployment is happening as per plan and BudgetEnsuring Smooth On boarding & InductionDevelop Training Modules and Ensuring Training delivery on time

Key Job Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following:

Recruitment of Management & Operators Staff as per Plan which includes screening, short listing, scheduling, reference checks, joining formalities, Induction, On boarding, ensuring Canteen and Transportation service are extendedCampus HiringUpdating HRMS/MIS/ Employee Master, Ensuring smooth engagement activities (OD interventions)Preparing Training Modules, ensuring Training delivery on time, Evaluations,Policy Formulations and HR Policy Manual

OTHERS:

Attending Audits- Quality/Safety/LegalSupport the Seniors in Compliance

Education Qualification

MBA /MPM/MSW/MILS: HR

Desired competencies

Knowledge of HR operations, good Communications and Interpersonal Skills, Good Convincing and Negotiation skills

Experience (in years)

2 to 5 years in HR (Recruitment T & D, OD, Vendor Management etc. Welfare Officer)
