As a Sr Zoho Developer you willplay a critical role in optimizing and customizing Zohoapplications to meet our organizations specific needs. Yourexpertise will help streamline processes improve efficiency andenhance our overall productivity. You will collaborate with variousteams to understand requirements design solutions and implementZohobased solutions effectively.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • RequirementAnalysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understandbusiness requirements process workflows and pain points that can beaddressed using Zohoapplications.
  • SolutionDesign: Develop customized solutions using Zoho Suite (Zoho CRMZoho Creator Zoho Books etc.) to meet specific business needs.Create detailed designdocumentation.
  • Implementation:Configure customize and integrate Zoho applications to ensure theyalign with business processes. Implement automation workflows anddatamigrations.
  • Training:Provide training and support to endusers to ensure they caneffectively use Zoho applications andfeatures.
  • Testingand Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of Zoho solutionsto ensure they are errorfree and meet functionalrequirements.
  • Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve issues related to Zoho applicationspromptly.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Stay uptodate with Zoho updates and best practices.Suggest and implement enhancements to existing Zoho systems forongoingimprovement.
  • Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurationscustomizations andprocesses.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with crossfunctional teams and thirdparty vendors whennecessary to integrate Zoho applications with othersystems.
  • TeamLeadership and Coordination: Lead mentor and support the Zohodevelopment team fostering a collaborative and productiveenvironment and allocate resources and delegate tasks to meetproject timelines and achieve teamgoals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience as a Zoho Consultant or similarrole.
  • Proficiencyin Zoho Suite applications (Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Books ZohoFlowetc.).
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and the ability to design creativesolutions.
  • Excellentcommunication skills to collaborate effectively with variousstakeholders.
  • Knowledgeof integration methods andAPIs.
  • Abilityto work independently and manageprojects.
  • Demonstratedexperience in team leadership and taskmanagement.
  • Projectmanagement skills to coordinate timelines and resourceallocation.

PreferredSkills:
  • ZohoCertifications (e.g. Zoho Certified Developer Zoho CertifiedConsultant).
  • Experiencewith other CRM or ERPsystems.
  • Knowledgeof scripting languages (e.g. Deluge Script for ZohoCreator).
  • Projectmanagementskills.
  • Familiaritywith scripting languages and project managementtools.
