We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows 365 Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in managing Windows environments, particularly Windows 365 & Azure Virtual Desktop, with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
As a Windows 365 Administrator, will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Windows 365 environments to ensure seamless operations and maximum performance.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
· Configure and deploy Windows 365 environments according to organizational requirements.
· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and security enhancements to ensure system reliability and security.
· Monitor Windows 365 environments for performance, availability, and security issues, and take proactive measures to address any identified issues. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 365 environments in a timely manner. · Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to integrate Windows 365 environments with existing systems and applications.
· Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
· Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Windows 365 technology and recommend improvements or enhancements to optimize system performance.
· Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
