Senior Learning and Organizational Development Partner

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a global People Team and leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance organizational and employee learning and engagement. Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for training, and organizational improvement, presenting findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact. Partner with site leadership including the Managing Director to provide coaching and guidance on employee performance, team dynamics, and leadership development, using data-driven insights to inform discussions. Own architectural design, strategy, and ongoing audit process planning for the Learning Management System (LMS) Lead cross-functional projects that include teams with varying skill sets to ensure alignment and consistency in organizational development efforts, utilizing your presentation skills to convey complex information simply. Develop, deliver/facilitate, and measure the effectiveness of training programs, workshops, and resources to promote professional development and skill enhancement, ensuring that data-backed insights resonate with diverse audiences. Collaborate and manage internal stakeholders and trainers to drive training programs. Collaborate with trainers and stakeholder to oversee the content development and auditing to meet the learning objectives Identify external trainers as needed, and manage an ongoing list of external and internal trainers Manage the training schedules and effective communication of learning plan, as required Lead change management initiatives to support implementing new processes, technologies, and organizational structures, guiding stakeholders through data-supported transitions. Foster a continuous feedback and learning culture, encouraging ongoing employee development, supported by data-driven insights. Design and implement employee surveys to gather feedback and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations and delivering compelling presentations to leadership. Utilize communication and analytical skills to translate data into business language. Mentor junior team members in India and support the management of their daily tasks, as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development, and recommend innovative approaches, supported by data-driven rationale. Ensure compliance training and processes are up-to-date and collaborate on the process for company-wide delivery and tracking
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, or related roles, with a proven track record of translating data into actionable insights. Experience working in an IT services/ product/ Software engineering setup Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and adult learning principles. Experience with training design and facilitation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into meaningful insights for business-oriented presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Human Resources, or a related field. Professional certifications in organizational development, change management, instructional design, or coaching. Experience working in the technology/software industry, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical metrics to business language. Experience managing an LMS. Entrata currently uses Docebo.
