RoleOverview:

As a Technical Writer andanalyst specializing in the airline domain you will play a crucialrole in creating comprehensive and userfriendly documentation forour cuttingedge products and systems analyzing technical issues.Leveraging your expertise in complex computer systems and flowchartcreation you will produce clear concise and accurate technicaldocumentation that meets the needs of both internal and externalstakeholders and collaborate with crossfunctional teams toinvestigate root cause.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain technical documentation for a varietyof software products systems and processes in the airline domainincluding user manuals system guides troubleshooting guides and APIdocumentation.

Receive prioritize and analyzeproblem tickets related to airline system applications andprocesses and conduct RCA and collaborating closely withstakeholders.

Monitor and analyze trendspatterns and recurring issues.

Translate complextechnical concepts and specifications into easily understandablelanguage for a diverse audience of endusers administrators andtechnical support personnel.

Create visuallyappealing flowcharts diagrams and schematics to illustrate systemworkflows processes and architectures using industrystandard toolssuch as Visio Lucidchart or Draw.io.

Collaborateclosely with subject matter experts software developers engineersand project managers to gather information validate technicalcontent and ensure documentation accuracy andcompleteness.

Conduct thorough research andanalysis to ensure alignment with industry standards regulatoryrequirements and best practices in technical writing anddocumentation.

Provide training and support tointernal teams and customers on using documentation effectivelyresolving queries and troubleshooting issues related to ourproducts and systems.

Continuously review andupdate documentation based on feedback product enhancements andchanges in business requirements to ensure relevance and usabilityover time

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Technical Communication EnglishComputer Science or a related field.

Provenexperience as a Technical Writer and analyst in the airlineindustry with a solid understanding of aviation terminologyprocesses and regulations.

Strong proficiency inEnglish with exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills aswell as the ability to convey complex technical information clearlyand concisely.

Expertise in creating flowchartsdiagrams and other visual aids using tools such as Visio Lucidchartor Draw.io to enhance documentation clarity and comprehension.Experience in Servicenow and JIRA is an added advantage.

Strong analytical ability to conduct RCA.

Familiarity with complex computer systems softwaredevelopment methodologies and technical concepts with the abilityto translate them into userfriendly documentation.

Experience working with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders to gather requirements validate content and ensuredocumentation quality and accuracy.

Knowledge ofdocumentation tools and technologies such as Microsoft WordConfluence as well as version control systems like Git is aplus.
