  • Works in coordination with Proposal Manager/CEO andleadership team to provide endtoend writing support for assignedproposal section(s) or volume in response to Federal and Statesolicitations to ensure delivery of a wellwritten compelling andcompliant response.
  • Coordinates with CEO/CFO and leadership team to developa compliant outline for assigned proposal sections.
  • Provides endtoend writing supportfor assigned proposal section or volume in response toFederal/State solicitations to ensure delivery of a wellwrittencompelling and compliant response.
  • Participates in win theme strategydevelopment and refinement. Ensures incorporation of strategicthemes as well as compliance with proposal requirements and RFPrequirements.
  • Develops ideas and mockups of explanatory tables andgraphics.
  • Utilizesproposal database and previous bids to research content forcompliant proposal responses.
  • Meets with Bids & Proposals team BusinessDevelopment Capture and Operations staff to critically review RFPand determine requirements to develop compliant customizedproposals.
  • Conductsprobative interviews with identified subject matter expertsthroughout Syra Health to capture technical details for solutionsbased on requirements and platform.
  • Critically reviews information obtained fromsubjectmatter experts to document solutions and identify anygaps.
  • Coordinateswith Capture Proposal Manager and Operations staff to remediate anyidentified gaps.
  • Mayconduct technical edits of volumes to ensure compliance and onevoice.
  • Mayparticipate in color review process as a reviewer.
  • Ensures proposals are archived incontent management system.
  • Works with stakeholders at all levels including seniorleadership to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve contentdevelopment processes.
  • Contributes to the development and continuousimprovement of the proposal team regarding processes tools andtemplates.
  • Develops asolid understanding of Syra Health State/Federal programs andtechnical offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
  • 3 years of experience developingtechnical narratives in response to Federalsolicitations.
  • Bachelors in Communications English Journalism or otherrelated field.
  • Combination of education and experience may beconsidered.
  • Knowledgeof State/Federal procurement process.
  • Ability to write and edit in clear conciseand compelling language.
  • Ability to conduct probative interviews with subjectmatter experts to obtain technical details for solutiondocumentation.
  • Ability to critically analyze information obtained fromsubjectmatter experts to document solution and identify anygaps.
  • Ability todevelop graphic concepts to illustrate and clarify subjectmatter.
  • Outstandingcommunication skills and the ability to work effectively andefficiently across multiple functions within thecompany.
  • Ability toanalyze compliancedriven/technical documentation to determinegovernment requirements and to understand complex customer issueswithin the public sector.
  • Ability to work closely with multifunctional teams todevelop a customerspecific proposal strategy.
  • Strong organizational timemanagement analytical and problemsolving skills and the ability tothrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven matrixenvironment.
  • Strongworking knowledge of MS Office Suite including Microsoft WordPowerPoint Excel OneDrive and SharePoint as well as the AdobeSuite.
