• Gather best practices to share amongst the operations team.
• Implementation of new workflow tool for GSS Operations and Kone Frontlines. Project includes training frontlines and GSS teams, customer support and coordination with Kone IT during implementation.
• GSS Process descriptions and other documentation creation or updates. Training of these for GSS teams located in Hyvinkää, Chennai and Shanghai.
• Ensure that policies, procedures, and processes are followed with in operations teams.
• GSS Lean development projects, development, implementation, documentation, and training for GSS teams.
• GSS Quality, Environmental and Safety related reporting and auditing tasks.
• Other Project coordination tasks

General
• Responsible for technical consultancy and deliverables over specific domain, and over given timeframe, fulfilling requirements and specification received


Technical expertise
• Responsible for the technical output of given task assignment. Ensure to explore solution alternatives to carry out tasks.
• Responsible for the quality of such output and for defining and executing proper verification and validation plan 
• Accountable for future-proofness of deliverables from own specialty point of view.


Ways of working
• Accountable for selecting suitable process, methods, tools etc. on specific competence area in order to ensure deliverable meeting stakeholder requirements
• Ensure to explore any solution alternative to carry out task
• Responsible that own output is properly documented

• Specialists ensure best practices and know-how are shared across the teams
• Specialists create proposal for engineering tools & process improvement or new development
