JobDescription
TheProfessional Services Director has a frontline management role withtwo primaryresponsibilities:
1.Services Delivery and Personnel Management Responsible for thesuccessful delivery of consulting services as well as thecoordination of activities and information between key engagementstakeholders.
2.Performance Management Responsible for the management of consultingpersonnel which would include participation in staffing decisionsperformance reviews and career developmentsupport.
3.The ideal candidate should be a strong any of Oracle Apps HRMS /CoreHR / Payroll / GlobalHR TechnoFunctional should be strong inEBS/Fusion/PeopleSoft/Worday
EssentialDuties andResponsibilities
Design and Develop project scope priorities deadlines anddeliverableschedules.
Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics and trends to identifyareas for improvement and optimizeprocesses.
Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet clientneeds andexpectations.
Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate service deliveryperformance.
Work closely with clients manage overall coordination from planningthroughimplementation.
Ensures successful delivery of consulting services througheffective Client Engagement and Managementprograms.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales operationsand IT to ensure alignment and coordination in service deliveryefforts.
Manage escalations and resolve complex service delivery issues in atimelymanner.
Create project charters and project plans and budget. Manage andmonitor project budgets andexpenditures.
Prepare and present reports updates and recommendations to seniormanagement on service delivery performance andinitiatives.
Contribute to proposals project expansion and business developmentcall.
Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emergingtechnologies related to servicedelivery.
Lead mentor and manage a team of service delivery managers andspecialists and coach staff on projects and assess performance forengagement and yearendreviews.
Facilitate resource requirements analysis and scheduling includingestimated project work effort for both client and consultingresources.
Guide business technical and 3rd party solution providerresources.
Monitoring project activities ensuring the quality and integrity ofthe information isintact.
RequiredSkills
15 Years of total experience. 5 Years of Project Managementexperience.
Prior experience with Oracle EBS and Business Intelligence is amust.
Ability to work across a broad range of business and ITrelatedsubjectmatter areas with sensitivity to globalimpact.
Exceptional client service and communication skills with ademonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding clientrelationships.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities ina rapidly growing fastpaced interactive resultsbased teamenvironment.
Strong management recruiting training coaching and mentoring skillscoupled with excellent written interpersonal and presentationskills.
