  • Musthave Property and Casualty (P&C) Insuranceexperience.
  • Should haveclaims adjudication and Adjustingexperience.
  • Should haveexperience in End to end claimsprocessing.
  • Minimum 2yrs ofexperience in Team handlingrole.

Licenses/Certificates:Preferably CPCU or equivalent insurancedesignation


PositionSummary:

The job holder willhave responsibility of a team manager. in respect of all relevanttechnical/operational processing activity and direct assistance ofunderwriting teams whereverrequired. People management performancemanagement appraisals client interaction etc will be the keydeliverables.


PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Monitorthe performance of a team of Claims adjusters and provide timelyfeedback.
  • Should have experience inend to end claims and experienced in claims adjudication andadjusting.
  • Conduct employeeperformance review
  • Assist withprofessional development of theteam
  • Set objectives and manage theprogression of the team towardsthese
  • Coordination with InternalCustomers like Underwriting Ops Team Process Excellence teametc.and Streamline and maintain the flow ofwork
  • SLAadherence
  • Preparation and review ofreporting packs sr. management andstakeholders

AdditionalResponsibilities:

  • Ensureappropriate performance metrics in place and that these areaccurately reported and adheredto.
  • Identify issues and implementappropriate remedial action including training of new and existingstaff
  • Identify and implementopportunities for streamlining Claims.activity
  • Ensure Standard OperatingProcedures and User Guides accurately reflect currentprocedures
  • Help to facilitate andmonitor new activities that are transitioned to the serviceprovider
  • Assist with theinvestigation and resolution of any data quality issues that areraised
  • Assist with the testing androll out of new ITinitiatives
