Job Title : Procurement Senior Officer
Grade: Senior Officer
Location : Chakan Pune, Maharashtra

Company Overview:

Hitachi Astemo FIE pvt Ltd is unlisted private company which produces high precision carburetors & air suction valves to cater to the Indian two wheeler & three wheeler automobiles. The Product and services include PB TYPE, EMS, CV TYPE, AIR SUCTION VALVE.


Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Part rate confirmation and input in SAP

Updating and monitoring the part rate sheet on daily basis.

Rolling cost sheet preparation and analysis

Model costing and comparison.

Monthly data preparation like Cost Reduction / Cost Incnrese and its analysis, CRMS, PNLT etc. reports.

IMDS will be an additional advantage.

To ensure timely delivery of development product as per development schedule.

Monitoring and compliance of development.

Departmental Objective monitoring, Budgetary Control in tune with Company’s Business Plan.

To ensure receipt of Statutory forms like TDS certificate as applicable.

Follow correct procedures to ensure adherence to all ISO/IATF requirements.

Key Skills & Personal Attributes:

Relevant experience in automobile industry for procurement & costing.

Independently able to deal with related departments like Finance, Sales etc

Good knowledge of SAP/ERP.

Proficiency in MS-Office.

Experience in BOM, costing, Budgeting, Analysis between Budget & Actual will be added advantage.

Soft behaviour or personal skills related to the individual capacity to execute a job task or responsibility.

Good Business Communication Skill (Verbal, Written and Presentation).

Good knowledge of systems.

Well organized, creative, self-starter, quick learner with good Time Management.

Good team member with Good Leadership qualities.

Good Problem Solving and Decision-making ability.

Qualification: M. Com / MBA (Finance) & Knowledge of Japanese Language will have additional weightage.

Experience : 6 -8 Years

Preferred Industrial Experience : Automobile / Auto Ancillary / Auto Components
