Job Title:

Administrator - Fixed Assets

Summary:

Responsible for fixed assets and lease accounting, including but not limited to, SAP fixed asset transactions, reconciliations between the fixed asset system and general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance with internal and business controls.

Responsibilities Include:

Creation of capex projects in SAP Perform capex closure activities and asset capitalization Record fixed asset retirements, sales, transfers, and accelerated depreciation Assist in preparing monthly reports for IGAAP Fixed Asset register Drive the Annual idle asset review and Physical Verification of Assets process and its accounting Assist in preparing USGAAP and IFRS compliant fixed asset and intangible reporting Assist in preparing monthly Capex reports/roll forward reports Perform Blackline reconciliations every month with accurate supporting documents Adhere to the accounting and reporting as per the SOX and KSOX compliance Preparation and loading of leases in the lease ERP and its analysis Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset sub-ledger vs. general ledger Conduct various flux analyses with respect to PPE and Intangibles Resolve all queries received in the generic mailbox within the agreed turnaround time Support with additional/ad-hoc responsibilities as per the organization's requirements Coordinate requirements of Controllership, Treasury & Manufacturing for information from the fixed asset and project system module Ensure compliance with legal/tax regulations and corporate policy for capitalization and purchase of fixed assets Support controllership reporting activities

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Basic Qualifications:

/ graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Fixed Asset Accounting Experience using the following systems: SAP (must have), Business Warehouse, Blackline, Lease Accelerator among similar tools.

Experience working with Global teams

Service mentality, Proactive & problem-solving skills Transformational spirit, creative personality Process improvement/optimization skill Demonstrated ability to meet work and project deadlines producing high quality output Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables Strong PC and systems familiarity; excellent MS Office Excel and PPT skills
