As the IT Project Manager (Cloud and Infrastructure), you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of IT projects related to cloud computing, Linux and Windows server environments, networking, and web applications. Your expertise in these areas, along with proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project, will be essential in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of technology initiatives. In addition to your project management responsibilities, you will also be recruiting and managing a small team of business analysts and project managers who are responsible for managing documentation for the IT department. 
Experience with cloud projects and familiarity with cybersecurity practices are highly desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring that project goals align with business objectives Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, while identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies, using tools like Microsoft Project Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business priorities, using tools like Jira and Confluence Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are met Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to technology implementations, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation using tools like Confluence Vendor and Third-Party Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the successful integration of external solutions into the IT environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on cloud, Linux, Windows, networking, and web applications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable Strong technical background and expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS) Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Experience managing complex IT infrastructure and web application projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
