Maintenance Planner

Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Chemicalengineering. 7 to 12 years with Operations/Maintenance of large chemical/ Petrochemical plants. Expertise in SAP Maintenance Modules(PM) with minimum 6 years Handson experience. Expertise in Primavera P6/ SAP Prometheus with minimum4 years Handson experience. Comfortable tocollaborate with Diverse Culture & Multinational SiteTeams. Should be flexible in work timing tomatch the Site work timing. (Min 4 Hours Overlap of worktime) Develop/manage Task List Develop Job packages. Effectiveutilization of available resources UseCritical Path Methodology in job plans. Logical sequencing basics Types of Planningconstraints Knowwhich procedures and specifications are applicable.Responsibilities:

• Describes what needs to be accomplished estimate labourhours tools Spares/components and resources needed to completedifferent work orders.
• Uses quality feedbackfrom the Site team to optimize the FLOC Task List.
• Reviews PM orders for technical completeness and returnPM orders to gatekeeper if not complete Uses where possible a FLOCor Global General Task List for basis of actual plan. Follows Planto Standard (PTS) operating discipline.
• Discuss with Site team for field check and incorporatedetails in the task list for increase effectiveness.
• When materials availability has been confirmed store jobin active backlog.
• Identify task activitiesnecessary to execute job plan and assign correct workcentres.
• Identify materials/tools/equipmentrequired to perform tasks.
• Identify/solicitsafety information and requirements necessary to safely performtasks.
• Performs staffing density checks orstaffing limitation checks to validate scheduledurations.
• Evaluates schedule deviations toassess schedule impact for proper decision making.
• Progress Measurement Sheet & S Curveprogress report preparation for Monitoring & Controlof Pitstops/Turnaround
• Solicit/Prepare & Reviewmaintenance procedure and ensures all safety and hazardrelated issues are addressed within the job plan.
• Linking Procedure to Job Package as applicable inSAP.
• Consider constructability andmaintainability when developing plans.
• Scheduling Match the need date with availableresources.
• Optimize resource capacity for thehighest levels of efficiency and productivity.
