Job Purpose

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Circle UAT team member will be responsible to support testing of scenarios which are identified by UAT process factory, for location specific products, network testing, Usage / Roaming scenarios, etc. Timely completion of UAT test cases in co-ordination with circle and process factory teams Circle UAT team member would ensure timely submission of UAT artifacts along with tracker to UAT process factory.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Core competencies - Project management, , Demand management, BRS-FRS drafting & comprehension Knowledge – Servicing platform, Billing system, Process understanding & Telecom business insights. Experience – telecom operations of at-least 3-4 years, with system support/UAT experience of 1-2 years.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate or MBA with a min 4-5 years of experience in customer service.  Technical / professional qualifications – PMP certification is an advantage.
