About theJob Opportunity:

Asthis is a remote job we would expect the candidate to have areliable highspeed internet connection a quiet workspace and beable to work in the timezone overlapping with the teams in thecompany.

Your keyresponsibilities:

  • Responsible for segments of test planningdesign and execution meeting planned scope andschedule

  • You will determine the proper prioritizationof the testing activities and ensure integrative work and fullcoverage of test scenarios based on the test plan and observationsfrom concurrent testing activities

  • You will define theexecution test plan scope and resourcesrequired

  • You will design test solutions to beimplemented and executed in alignment with the planned scope anddesign coverage and customer needs/use

  • You will support andpromote test efficiency and optimizationinitiatives

  • You will oversee and perform test executionactivities including implementation of test automation proceduresand scripts

  • Provide recommendations for issue resolutionsystem optimization and test efficiency

  • You must pay veryclose attention to detail and manage testing tools reportingresults and motivate process improvement

  • You will be workingclosely with team members based out of The Netherlands SingaporeIndonesia and other locations worldwide

What we lookfor:

  • 37 years of experience in testing web andmobile applications

  • Experience in Developing Test frameworksusing any modernday scripting languages

  • Expertlevel codingskills in one or more programming languages with importance toclean code and best practices (Java / Javascript /Python)

  • Good understanding and experience inautomation frameworks & tools such as Selenium WebdriverNightwatch Appium TestNG JUnit is a plus

  • Expertise indeveloping test strategies test environment setup test data setuptest plans and test cases

  • Experience in writing a Good BugReport

  • Experience in CI/CD developmentenvironments/tools: Git Maven Jenkins TravisCI CircleCIetc.

  • Knowledge of modern best practices forprofessional software development including source controlmanagement (GitHub) build processes release management anddevelopment

  • Should have Good QA Perspective and theunderstanding of release dynamics

  • Should be resultdriven and gogetter attitude who can show work independently withminimal supervision

  • Creative Selfmotivated willing to learn newtechnologies and able to handle challenges

  • Exposure to testingREST/ SOAP webservices and working in an Agile/ Scrum model is aplus

  • Affinity with airlines the most excitingindustry in the world (travel may be required at somepoint)

  • Exposure to product development selfdrivenhighly motivated and you must be independent in managing your owncomponents or features

  • You must possess an affinity formetrics and analytics You must be proactive and must move fast orpivot to meet the changing needs of theproduct

  • You care deeply about writingquality/testable/modular code and have a passion to suck every bitof performance of the code
